Through the Huguka Dukore Akazi Kanoze project, youth undergo Work Ready Now training and learn the soft skills involved in having employment, such as health and safety at the workplace, and financial saving.
Akazi Kanoze Access focuses on access to capital as part of youth development, and so we support our youth to create sound linkages with financial institutions.
After successful completion of Work Ready Now &Be Your Own Boss modules youth become self-employed or wage employed and start gaining from their income generating activities (IGAs)
Graduates can decide to pursue further trainings and/or education to expand their knowledge
